The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that visas for Hajj 2026 will begin to be issued starting February 8.
The ministry explained that this proactive approach aims to facilitate timely planning and enhance facilities for pilgrims. All service agreements for overseas pilgrims have been finalized at 100%, and accommodation arrangements in Mecca have been secured through the Nusk platform.
As of now, the Ministry has registered 750,000 pilgrims, while 30,000 individuals have directly booked their Hajj packages from their home countries.
The ministry highlighted that initiating visa issuance early reflects meticulous planning for Hajj, which will help optimize arrangements and ensure better services for the millions of pilgrims traveling from across the globe.
