RAWALPINDI: Lieutenant General Fahd bin Saud Al-Juhani, the Commander of the Royal Saudi Land Forces, held a meeting with Pakistan’s Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir to discuss regional security issues and ways to enhance defense cooperation between the two nations.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the meeting took place on Wednesday at the General Headquarters (GHQ), where Lieutenant General Fahd bin Saud Al-Juhani was received and engaged in talks with Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir.
The discussions focused on shared interests, regional stability, and the potential for expanding military collaboration. Both leaders reiterated their commitment to further solidify the longstanding and brotherly military relationship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
In a related engagement, the Commander of Bahrain’s National Guard, General Sheikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, also visited GHQ to meet with Field Marshal Munir. Their dialogue centered on strengthening military ties and cooperation.
ISPR highlighted that the Bahraini commander praised Pakistan’s military professionalism and expressed Bahrain’s dedication to deepening military relations with Pakistan.
