Karachi: State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has fixed (amount of Nisab) for Zakat.
As per the SBP, for this year limit for zakat has been set at Rs 88, 927. According to press release issued by the SBP, the banks around the country will cut zakat for an amount higher than Rs 88,927.
The SBP will remain close on the first Ramzan on April 4 Monday. This day declared bank holiday for cutting of the Zakar.
As per the press release, all the banks , financial institutions, micro finance banks will be closed for any public dealing.
