Islamabad: The Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan petition against his indictment in the cipher case.
Former premier counsel Hamid Khan has insisted the court to give him a time to review the Islamabad High Court (IHC) verdict on the intra-court appeal.
Justice Sardar Tariq Masood said that the IHC has given a new order adding that we can hear now your appeal against the earier order.
To which Hamid Khan insisted the court to give a deferment to him to review the IHC verdict on the intra-court appeal of his client.
The top court approving the insistence of Hamid Khan adjourned the hearing for indefinite period.
