Muzafarabad: Supreme Court of Azad Jammu Kashmir on Wednesday disposed of Sardar Tanveer appeal while the court expressed anger on him over writing himself premier.
Chief Justice Raja Saeed said that until suspension of disqualification order he can’t be written as the premier. The CJ said that if he is a premier then what is a need to file the petition.
A legal team of Sardar Tanveer Ilyas removing the objections filed the appeal for the third time.
The full bench of the SC will hear the case tomorrow.
It is pertinent to mention here Sardar Tanveer has been declared disqualified over a contempt of court yesterday. Whereas until election of new premier senior minister Khawaja Farooq will serve as acting premier.
