Islamabad: The Supreme Court on Thursday adjourned the hearing of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) amendments till the first week of June.
A five-member SC larger bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa and comprising Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan, Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail, Justice Minallah and Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi conducted the hearing on NAB amendment case.
On the other hand, the petition for live hearing was rejected by 4-1 verdict. While Imran Khan complaint of not to allow him meeting with his legal team.
The founding chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan said that he has been kept in solitary confinement.
He apprised the court that neither he don’t have content of preparation for the case nor he has a library.
Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa directed to provide Imran Khan content regarding the case and ordered meeting with his lawyers.
The top court also allowed Khawaja Harris to meet his client Imran Khan.
