Islamabad:The Supreme Court on Thursday allowed conditional permission to the military courts to pronounce reserved verdicts.
The SC directed that only those priosoners cases are pronounced who can be released before Eid Ul Fitr.
The top court also allowed to set free 15 to 20 prisoners, the court also warned “Release the prisoners 3 to 4 days before the Eid.”
The defence counsel said that might it happened that they will be arrested after the release under the 3 MPO.
The SC prorogued the appeals of the trials of the civilians till fourth week of April
