Islamabad: Supreme Court annulled the election commission’s decision of Adil Bazai’s de-set
The hearing held the under the bench of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah on Adil Bazai’s appeal.
Election Commission had did Adil Bazai de-set under Article 63-A.
While the Supreme Court has accepted the appeal of Adil Bazai, the Election Commission’s decision to de-seat him was nullified.
The detailed decision of the case will release later.
On the other hand, the Election Commission also suspended the notification to de-notify Adil Khan Bazai.
