Islamabad: The Supreme Court (SC) Chief Justice (CJ) Qazi Faez Isa on Monday took suo motto notice on the accusations hurled by the six judges of the Islamabad High Court.
The CJ has constituted a seven-member bench for the hearing the case.
The CJ will head the larger bench comprising Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel, Justice Musarat Hilali, Justice Yahya Afridi, Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan are part of the bench.
The bench will hear the case on April 3 on Wednesday at 11:30 am.
The government had also made a commission for investigation into the charges of the Judges of the IHC. But chief of the bench Justice (retd) Tassaduq Hussain Jillani has refused heading the commission.
