Islamabad: Supreme Court Of Pakistan on Tuesday formed larger bench to hear a presidential reference seeking interpretation of Article 63 (A) of the constitution.
The SC constituted five-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Umar Atta Bandial while Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Aijaz Ul Ahsan, Justice Mazhar Alam Khan and Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel are part of the bench.
The larger bench will commence its hearing from March 25. Yesterday the SC had decided to form a larger bench for hearing the government petition and the SC issued notices to political parties.
