Islamabad: Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) on Wednesday dismissed the review petitions declaring appointments of special assistants to PM unconstitutional.
A three member bench headed by Justice Aijaz Ul Ahsan heard the petition declaring appointment of special assistants to PM unconstitutional.
Over the course of the hearing the court said that the petitioner could not identify a mistake in the verdict declaring the appointment of special assistants right under which the court dissmissed the review petitons.
Munsif Awan advocate had filed the review petitions.
While it is pertinent to mention here that the SC had disposed of the petition against appointments of special assistant to PM on December 18 last year.
