Muzzafarabad: Supreme Court Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) on Thursday once again disposed of an appeal of Sardar Tanveer Ilyas over his disqualification on the contempt of court.
The CJ SC remarked that he didn’t apologize but he said that if contempt of court conducted then he seeks apology.
The CJ added that he keeps his post of the premier on his feet.
“Sardar Tanvir Ilyas says in the parliament, I will through out the judges.” the CJ said adding that he has conducted a serious contempt of court, he should have been sent to jail.
On the other hand, party workers belonging to ex-premier marched towards the SC while the police baton charged the protesters.
