Islamabad (February 23, 2018): The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Friday disqualified Advisor to KPK CM on Tourism Abdul Munam and had annulled the decision of the Peshawar High Court.
According to details, the court was hearing a case against the opponent of the minister, Sher Alam. Giving his arguments on behalf of Sher Alam, his counsel Akram Sheikh told the court that Abdul Munam is a ghost teacher and is also receiving his salary.

The counsel said that the Peshawar High Court gave the verdict in favour of the accused despite the presence of evidence. The court after listening to the arguments of both sides disqualified the advisor to CM.
It is pertinent to mention here Abdul Munam was elected on PTI ticket from Shangla 88.
