In his written decision, he called it a misdemeanor to keep suspicious money from abroad in the Supreme Court and wrote that the money was sent to the account from abroad without the permission of the Supreme Court,  the money seized by the NCA was probably the proceeds of criminal activity.

Notice was given to the senders of money from abroad, except Mashreq Bank, no one came forward to explain why the money was sent from their accounts to the Supreme Court account, apparently this money was used to meet the dues of Bahria Town. , the money received from abroad and the profit earned on it should be sent to the Government of Pakistan. There is no reason to keep the amount of installments collected so far in the registrar account, the money belongs to the people of Sindh so it should be sent to the Government of Sindh
