ISLAMABAD: Former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that the Supreme Court has rejected the presidential reference.
The government’s ordinance has lost its legal position, said Shahid Khaqan Abbasi while taking to media after meeting the officials of the ECP.
He said that President Alvi should have forwarded the reference before reading it and if the constitution was read, there should be no need of the reference.
