Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday rejected stopping action of anti terrorism court against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman in the murder case of lawyer in Quetta.
Justice Aijaz Ul Ahsan heard the petition of PTI chairman.
Justice Aijaz Ul Ahsan addressing to PTI chairman counsel Justice Latif Khosa remarked that you should be asked for the formation of larger bench to Chief Justice of Pakistan.
To which Latif Khosa said “When we meet with the CJ then newspapers publishes news of it.”
On which Justice Aijaz Ul Ahsan remarked that when you visit the CJ for your appeal then go with the counsel of Balochistan government, doing this it will not raise the issue of transparency.”
The court also rejected insistence of suspension of non-bailable warrants of chairman PTI.
