ISLAMABAD: Rejecting Registrar Office’s objections on petitions seeking a probe into Panama leaks the Chief Justice Supreme Court Pakistan Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali directed fixing four petitions of PTI, Jamaat-e-Islami, Watan Party, and Tariq Asad advocate for hearing.
The chief justice rejected the objections while hearing the appeals against the Registrar Office’s objections.
The Registrar Office had objected that the petitions were out of Supreme Court’s jurisdiction and asked the petitioners to approach the relevant forum.
