SC reserves verdict in objections on audio leaks commission

Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) bench hearing objections on the audio leaks commission on Tuesday reserved the verdict in the case while extended the prohibition order for the audio leaks commission to do its work.

The larger bench headed by Chief Justice (CJ) Umar Atta Bandiyal comprising Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Aijaz Ul Ahsan, Justice Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi, and Justice Shahid Waheed heard the petitions against audio leaks inquiry commission.

” First judges were insulted through audios, then they say let’s investigate either audio’s are real or fake, what a beautiful way.” Chief Justice remarked.
The CJ questioned that did government try to know who record these videos? where did it record? who was doing all this?

Justice Muneeb asked that did it legally right the person who don’t know the reality of the audios raised objections on the bench?

The SC has reserved judgement over objections on the audio leaks commission.
