ISLAMABAD: The petition to declare the February 8 election null and void has been set for hearing by Supreme Court of Pakistan.
The Supreme Court has set for hearing the petition to annul the general elections held on February 8 across the country, Citizens Ali Khan has requested for re-election in the country due to election rigging. A 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will hear the case on February 19. Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Musrat Hilali are also a three-member bench. will be part of The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the petitioner.
