ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan has scheduled the hearings tomorrow of several important cases related to May 9 incidents.
Punjab government’s appeals against PTI founder are also listed for hearing. The Supreme Court will also hear Sheikh Rasheed’s request for acquittal in the GHQ attack case.
Another appeal against granting of bail to Sanam Javed has also been fixed for hearing by the Supreme Court. Additionally, a petition filed by Fawad Chaudhry complaining about not receiving documents from anti-terrorism courts will be heard too. A three-member bench led by Chief Justice Yahya Afridi will hear all these cases tomorrow
