Islamabad (April 06, 2018): A Three Member Bench of the Supreme Court is hearing the contempt case against State Minister, Talal Chaudhry on Today.
Chief Justice, Justice Saqib Nisar is hearing the case. The hearing was adjourned on 27th of March due to shortage of time until April 6.
It may be recalled that the Supreme Court indicted Talal Chaudhry in last hearing. The Counsel of the state minster said that he must be heard before indictment.
The lawyer said in many cases the Apex Court has showed restraint.
Justice Aijaz Afzal in his remarks said that the court don’t want to delay the proceedings of the case.
