Islamabad: Another judge of the Supreme Court, Justice Aijaz Ul Ahsan tendered his resignation.
Justice Aijaz Ul Ahsan has sent his resignation to the President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi.
Justice Ahsan was going to be Chief justice of Pakistan after completion of tenure of Justice Qazi Faez Isa in October this year.
Yesterday, Justice Mazahar Ali Naqvi had tendered his resignation which was later accepted by the President of Pakistan.
Justice Aijaz Ul Ahsan has opposed action against Justice Mazahar Ali Naqvi in the Supreme Judicial Council.
