NEW DELHI: Secret data of Indian navy fleet about its French Scorpene submarines leaked which could held to detect the submarines.
According to foreign media, an Australian journalist Cameron Stewart revealed that the leaked information will expose great secrets. The leaked information exposed India’s three billion dollars project and combat capabilities of the submarines.
Cameron Stewart said that the leaked documents were comprised on 22,400 pages. He said that the leaked data includes descriptions of what frequencies the submarines use to gather intelligence, where a crew can speak safely to avoid detection, and specifications of the torpedo launch system.
The documents will guide to detect the submarines. The Australian journalist said that the whole project could become useless, if other countries could get the document. He continued that the information leaked in 2011 in France but he could not confirm it.
