LAKKI MARWAT: The security forces has killed 8 indian baked terrorist in Lakki Marwat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa in an intelligence based operation.
A large quantity of arms and ammunition was also recovered from the terrorists possession during the operation, security sources said, the Pakistan Army carried out a successful operation in the Sultan Khel area of Lakki Marwat based on intelligence information and killed eight most wanted khawarij, security sources said.
Action was taken on information about the presence of Afghan Taliban proxy Khawarij in the area. Forces began aerial and ground surveillance in Sultankhel and Toofanwala areas and immediate action was taken after Khawarij movements were detected during surveillance.
In the last four days, 102 Khawarij sent by the Afghan Taliban have been killed, security sources said. Under the National Action Plan, indiscriminate and continuous operations against terrorists are being carried out by the public and security forces.
