RAWALPINDI: Security forces killed 5 terrorists and arrested 2 khawarij during 3 operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on April 30 and May 1.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces conducted an intelligence operation in Bajaur district on the information of the presence of terrorists.
According to the ISPR, 3 terrorists, including high-value target terrorist Fareedullah, were killed in the Bajaur operation.
ISPR says that, arms and ammunition were also recovered from the terrorists during the operations.
