ISLAMABAD: Amid possible protest, heavy contingents of police and Rangers was deployed around Lal Masjid and Jamia Hafsa in Islamabad.
As per details, the Lal Masjid administration has called for protest after Friday prayers. In wake of the protest call, security in the area has been tightened.
Additional police and Rangers personnel have been deployed around the mosque. Police sources said that they were prepared to meet any untoward incident.
