Lahore: Vice-Chairman Pakistan Tehreek–e-Insaf (PTI) Shah Mahmood Qureshi has handed over himself to police as a first arrest of PTI’s Jail Bharo Movement.
The other leaders of the PTI Umar Sarfaraz Cheema, Senator Waleed Iqbal and Zubair Niazi have also taken seats in prison vans.
Meanwhile a woman leader of the party Perez Nazween has also handed over herself to police.

The police have said that the PTI leaders have taken seats in the police vain their own wish as they did’nt get any orders to arrest any one.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders and activists have gathered Chairing Cross for the party’s jail bharoo tehreek.
The PTI senator Aijaz Chaudhry has presented himself to arrest after handcuffed while the party secretary general Asad Umar has said that the nation has decided they will not accept decision taken in the closed door.
Vice-Chairman of the PTI Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that the people are fed up with inflation and fascism. While provincial leader Shaukat Yousuf Zai has said that the important leaders of the party will hand over to police tomorrow.
