Rawalpindi: Vice-chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Shah Mahmood Qureshi has been placed house arrest under 3-MPO.
The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Rawalpindi issued the house arrest order of him under the 3 MPO.
The Supreme Court (SC) had approved bail of the PTI vice-chairman in the cipher case.
On an advice of City Police Officer Syed Khalid Hamdani, the Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi issued house arrest orders of Shah Mahmood Qureshi under the 3-MPO.
The order reads “the PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi is nominated in the May 9 incident case and there is need of investigation from him for the incident.
The order also reads ” If Shah Mahmood Qureshi willing he can challenge the order.”
