LAHORE: Lahore High Court on Thursday adjourned the hearing of a petition filed by Shahbaz Sharif against placing his name on Exit Control List over the absence of his consul Azam Nazeer Tarrar until March 26.
The LHC divisional bench Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmed, Justice Mirza Waqa Raoof heard the petition seeking removal of Shahbaz Sharif name from the ECL.
As the court started the hearing it was informed that Shahbaz Sharif consul Azam Nazeer Tarrar could not appear before the court.
Over which the LHC adjourned the hearing until March 26.
The Opposition leader in National Assembly (NA) had made the federal government, Chairman NAB, FIA, and other respondents in the case.
The Court has already asked respond from the federal government and interior ministry over the petition.
