Lahore (December 09, 2017): Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday visited the under construction Orange Line Metro Train project.
During the early morning visit, the chief minister issued directives to the concerned authorities for completing the project at the earliest.

The chief minister went to the project site early in the morning without any protocol. He inspected the progress on civil, mechanical and electrical work of the project.
Talking to media on the occasion, the CM said that they would not left any stone unturned for early completion of the public-welfare project.He added that the project would provide honorable traveling facility which will be of international standard.
He added that they would compensate the delay in the project with their hard work, dedication and vigor.It is to be mentioned here that yesterday Supreme Court had set aside a Lahore High Court verdict halting wok at some 11 points of the OLMT project, conditionally allowing the provincial government to proceed with its multi-billion project.
The provincial government and Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif had welcomed the SC verdict on OLMT project.
