ISLAMABAD: Central Information Secretary of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Maryam Aurangzeb said former premier Shahid Khaqan Abbassi presser has turned National Accountability Bureau (NAB) into a state of confusion.
Commenting on the NAB issuance of denial regarding Chairman NAB interview to journalist Javed Chaudhry, Central Information Secretary of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Maryam Aurangzeb said that Chairman NAB is telling a lot of lies for proving his interview to Javed Chaudhry true.
Central Information Secretary of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) demanded the Chairman anti-corruption watchdog to respond on objections and questions rose by the PML-N.
Maryam Aurangzeb went on to say Chairman NAB should avoid neglecting real issue by kept on telling lies, again and again, adding that “one should take care of respect given by the God and position” so that one could not deny its earlier words or told lies again and again.
She said that Chairman NAB did not issue any denial regarding matters discussed in journalist Javed Chaudhry column.
Maryam Aurangzeb said that the Chairman NAB should not hide behind the denial of his institution.
“If Chairman NAB can malign politicians and elected representative through media then he should also clarify his stand appearing on media,” she said.
“If journalist Javed Chaudhry column is not true then Chairman NAB should deny this fact in front of masses, if the column is true then its evidences should be presented.” She added.
