KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday adjourned hearing of a petition seeking the court order against increased load shedding in the adjoining areas of the city till April 26, 2017.
Karamat Ali of Karamat Ali of the Pakistan Institute of Labour Education and Research have moved the court against increased load-shedding in the adjoining areas and Katchi Abadies of the city.
A division bench of the high court headed by Justice Shafi Muhammad heard the petition. The counsels of respondents sought time for preparation to advance arguments before the court on the petition.
The court adjourned further hearing till April 26, 2017.
