Karachi: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday, today, pronouncing reserved verdict on four petitions of the police for an accused Armoghan in Mustafa Amir abduction and murder case, approved all petitions.
The Sindh High Court Judge Zafar Rajput heard the case while proscecutor and case former Investigation Officer (IO) and other officials were also attended the hearing.
Whereas the accused Armoghan was also presented before the court.
The court annulled earlier trial that held on February 11 and 12 of the accused while the provincial top court ordered to present the accused in an anti-terrorism court number two judge.
The Judge ordered thatthe trial will restart again.
During the course of the hearing, the judge asked that who is an investigation officer to which prscecutor apprised that now Muhammad Ali is the IO of the case. On which the court called the IO before the court.
Registrar of the anti-terrorism court presented record of the case. The newly appointed IO Muhammad Ali apprised the court that in earlier trial remand was given to the police first and jail custody is given after 7 pm.
To which, Justice Zafar remarked that police custody remand was changed by applying whito and word police also still exists.
Later, the court approving the physical remand of the accused ordered to produce the accused in the ATC-2 today.
The Court ordered that the accused be presented in the ATC-2 for taking physical remand of the accused in kidnapping, murder and other charges.
