Karachi: Sindh High Court (SHC) has declared a notification of house arrest of accused in the Perveen Rehman murder case as illegal.
During the course of the hearing, the SHC expressed anger on the Inspector General (IG) Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon. The court questioned that can the accused be placed on house arrest without any evidences?
The SHC also asked to secrectry interior why did it issue order of the house arrest? did you ever reject someone house arrest petition? The accused have been placed under MPO instead of providing security to deceased sister.
There is a talk of Azam Swati case was also held during the case. The court asked that how various cases registered in a one single allegation?
The court also said that it has been heard that former premier was being victimized.
