Karachi: Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday expressed anger over not recovery of a missing person named Aizaz Ul Hassan in the missing person case.
The SHC heard various petitions regarding the missing persons. During the course of the hearing the court expressed anger over failure to recover a person named Aizal Ul Hassan which has been missing since three years.
The court asked the investigation officer what you did in the last three years for the person recovery? where is the travel history of the missing person on which the investigation officer failed to satisfy the court.
The court reprimanding the investigation officer asked him to answer in yes or no term and don’t speak beat about the bush. The court ordered that the IO to recover the missing person on the next hearing at all cost.
The SHC also issued notices to DG FIA, Interior Ministry and other institutions to present progress report in the court.
The court prorogued the case until April 27.
