SHC Forms Tribunal To Hear Complaints of Cantonment Board Elections

KARACHI: An Election Tribunal has been constituted in the Sindh High Court to hear the complaints of cantonment board elections. After the approval of the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court, the Registrar has issued a notification.

District Judge Sukkur Panu Aqil will hear complaints in the cantonment board elections. The District Judge will hear the election excuses for the Hyderabad Cantonment elections.

District Judge Karachi South Clifton and Karachi Cantonment have been nominated for hearing the election excuses while District Judge Karachi East Faisal and Korangi Cantonment have been nominated for hearing the election excuses.

District Judge Karachi West will hear the election petitions of Manora Cantonment. District Judge Malir will hear the election petitions of Malir Cantonment Karachi.
