Karachi: Justice Iqbal Kahhoro on Monday discharged Inspector General (IG) Sindh Kamran Fazal from his post while in a written order the judge said that IG Sindh is not competent for the IG post.
The SHC judge Iqbal Kalhoro heard the recovery of Dua Zehar case wherein the judge rejected the police report submitted in the court while the court has ordered to recover Dua Zehra at all cost.
Justice Iqbal Kalhoro said that if Dua Zehra were gone to Afghanistan then we will order you to recover her from Afghanistan as well.
The IG Sindh Kamran Fazal said that one girl has been recovered and for second girl we have requested time from the court adding that there is no hurdle in the recovery of Dua Zehra it is a matter of investigation adding that the pressure is of our duty.
He said that with the will of God (Inshalllah) we will recover the girl soon.
The father of Dua Zehra, Syed Mahdi Ali Kazmi said that we don’t believe in the Sindh police as they are not serious in recovery of his daughter.
He said that for the first day we are saying that his daughter has been abducted .The court issuing written order, directed to remove the IG from his post.
The court has instructed to send the court orders to the federal government, Attorney General, Chief Secretary Sindh.
The SHC ordered that Dua must be recovered as soon as possible and present her in the court on June 3.
