Karachi: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday expressed astonishment over appointment of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) officer in the Sindh education department.
The SHC in its remarks in the provision of course books case said that the NAB has a responsibility of probing corruption while the NAB officer can’t be included in the administrative post.
The court has declared high official of the NAB appointment in the Sindh education department questionable.
The SHC has ordered provincial education department to transfer the officer back to the NAB.
