KARACHI: The Sindh High Court ordered to razed the encroachment in Shah Faisla Colony Park.
According to the detail, The Sindh High Court reviewed a petition concerning alleged encroachments in Quaid-e-Azam Park located in Shah Faisal Colony. The petitioner’s counsel stated that unidentified individuals were attempting to occupy the park, despite multiple complaints made to relevant authorities. The court instructed the Additional Commissioner of Karachi to carry out a comprehensive investigation, assess the land, and take appropriate action against those involved in any illegal encroachments. Additionally, the court emphasized that welfare plots must not be converted for commercial use.
