Ankara (July 10, 2018): Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif on Monday felicitated Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan over assuming office.
Shehbaz Sharif stressed upon strong ties between Pakistan and Turkey. The PML-N leader said in a tweet that Erdogan had invited him to participate in the oath-taking ceremony in Ankara today but due to ongoing election campaign, he could not attend the ceremony.I send my best wishes & prayers to President Erdogan & AK Party. Shehbaz said that he sent his best wishes and prayers to President Erdogan and added that Turkey and Pakistan will continue to Stand by each other and further strengthen their ties.
