LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on Sunday telephoned Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Sirajul Haq and discuss with him overall political situation of the country.
As per details, Shujaat contacted the JI chief and discussed with him political situation of the country. Sources said that both the leaders also discussed over the Supreme Court verdict in Panamagate case and the evolving situation of the country.
It is to be mentioned here that following the Pabamagate verdict of the SC, main opposition parties including PTI, JI and PPP have called upon Prime Minister Nawaz Shairf to step down from his posts. The Supreme Court Bar Association and Lahore High Court Bar Association have also joined the voices urging the Prime Minister to step down.
