WEB DESK: Owner Kamil Khan shared the announcement on X, calling it a proud moment and expressing excitement to join Pakistan’s premier cricket league. With the “Sialkot Stallionz” now confirmed, the new franchise is ready to kick off its PSL journey.
Expressing his enthusiasm for being part of the renowned domestic cricket tournament, he stated, “Excited to be part of the Pakistan Super League journey.”
It’s worth noting that a team called Sialkot Stallions once competed in the National T20 Cup, achieving multiple championship wins under the captaincy of legendary all-rounder Shoaib Malik. The Stallions also represented Pakistan in the Champions League T20 (CLT20).
Breaking away from tradition, Kamil opted for the letter ‘z’ in the naming of Stallionz, a nod to the branding of OZ Developers.
