Significant Progress in Investigation of Daughter-in-Law’s Murder Case in Daska

SIALKOT: There has been significant progress in the investigation of the case involving the murder of a daughter-in-law at the hands of her in-laws in Daska.

According to the police, the CCTV footage from the neighbors of the accused woman, Sughra, along with the brother in law, has seized. The footage confirms that the victim, Zara, did not leave her house.

The police also mentioned that CCTV footage from the market has obtained, showing that Naveed and the accused woman purchased a sickle and a knife. All the videos will sent to the forensic lab for photogrammetric testing.

Furthermore, the police are reviewing the data from four mobile phones that belonged to the victim.

The police stated that the accused woman Sughra, her daughter Yasmeen, and her grandson Abdullah have arrested in connection with the case. Samples from the woman’s body have sent to the forensic lab in Lahore for identification, and DNA testing will use to confirm the identity of the body.
