Larkana : Sindh government has decided to close historic archaeological monument Mohenjo-daro site during Eid Ul Adha holidays.
Director Archaeology has written a letter to Deputy Commissioner (DC) and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Larkana.
Director Archaeology has apprised the masses that historic site of Mohenjo-daro will remain close in all three days of Eid Ul Adha.
However, adjacent to archaeological site, museum and park will remain open for the public in the Eid holidays.
Director Archeology has feared that archaeological site could be harmed owing to presence of crowd during the Eid holidays.
Director apprised that security will be beefed up at Mohen Jo Daro during Eid holidays.
