Sindh Assembly passes resolutions against Indian atrocities, Panama leaks probe

KARACHI: Sindh Assembly passed resolutions for Panama leaks probe and against Indian atrocities in Occupied Kashmir. The Assembly rejected a resolution for declaring Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif ineligible.

Ruling Peoples Party legislator Sharmila Farooqi presented the resolution over Indian atrocities that demanded the UN Security Counciland other human rights organizations to take notice of Indian atrocities in Occupied Kashmir and Modi government to implement resolutions of the UN passed unanimously.

PTI’s Khurram Sher Zaman tabled a resolution seeking declaring prime minister ineligible while PPP’s Nisar Khuhro also presented a resolution over Panama leaks that said that Panama leaks has exposed the corruption of peime minister’s family from which he could not absolve himself.

The House passed the Panama leaks resolution unanimously while it rejected the one seeking declaring prime minister ineligible.

Criticizing the PTI while speaking during the session the PMLN legislator Sorath Thebo said that the party which itself is corrupt is leveling allegation at the prime minister.

The Assembly also unanimously approved the resolution against probable Indian aggression. The legislators calling India murderer of Muslims and Kashmir a part of Pakistan said that India will be given a tit-for-tat reply if it tries to force a war on Pakistan.
