Karachi: Chief Minister Sindh’s advisor on law Murtaza Wahab has confirmed that Sindh’s department of law has prepared a draft of dissolution of Sindh Assembly (SA).
As per the advisor, the SA will be dissolved on August 11 while the SA constitutional term will be completed on August 13.
Murtaza Wahab apprised that it is decided to dissolve the SA before stipulated time adding that the law department as per the procedure will send a summary to the CM Sindh.
Moreover, the CM will send advice to Governor Sindh tomorrow.
