KARACHI: In an effort to improve public transportation, the Sindh government has announced plans to introduce double-decker buses in Karachi. Senior Minister Sharjeel Memon highlighted that this initiative aims to ease commuting challenges for residents.
During a meeting held in Karachi, Memon emphasized that implementing modern transport options will help alleviate traffic congestion across the city. He also mentioned that new routes for electric buses (EVs) are set to be introduced shortly, further enhancing the city’s public transit network.
