Karachi: The provincial ombudsman has issued orders removing Chief Executive Officer (CEO) K-electric Monis Alvi,from his position over the complaint of harassing a ex-employee of the organization.
The Ombudsman General Sindh has ordered removing CEO of K-Electric Monis Alvi after declaring him found guilty of harassing the complainer woman and ex-employee of the organization Mehreen Zehra and giving her mental torture.
Besides that a fine of Rs 2.5 million has also been imposed on him while on non-payment of the fine his property might be confiscated and his Identity card and passport may also be blocked.
The complaint against the CEO, KE was registered back in 2019 when the K-Electric had hired her for consultancy.
