LAHORE: Jamaat-e-Islami Chief Sirajul Haq on Sunday urged the poor masses get united against the ‘Mughal prices’ urging them to shun ‘worshiping’ the princes to change their destiny.
Addressing a ceremony at JI Headquarters Mansoora, Sirajul Haq said that people voted PPP and PML-N to power many times but their agenda had been to loot and plunder to make money for their next generations.
The JI chief said that in Pakistan a two-percent elite had taken over the country which was responsible for destruction of the country.
He added that how those who did not bother to hold intra-party elections in their parties would care for people. He urged people not to look towards Mughal prices’s palaces for solution of their problems.
He said that it was an irony those who had plundered national resources and written off billion of rupees loans were talking against corruption.
