ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Rehman Malik on Tuesday said that the planned sit-in was changed into thanksgiving through ‘plea bargain’.
In a statement issue here, the PPP Senator said that he had earlier said that there were backdoor talks going on between the government and the PTI. He said that the sit-in was changed into thanksgiving as a result of ‘plea bargain’.
The PPP leader said that his earlier claim was rejected by the PTI leaders, who were kept in the dark. He said that he had details of the reported meeting between the government and the PTI.
